Our Professional Services Fee includes a discovery call to talk about your travel ideas, our research and recommendations, preparing quotes and itineraries, reserving all elements of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, organizing your trip from deposit to departure, and careful monitoring from start to finish.

A well designed trip is an investment of time and research covered by our service fees

Our Planning Services begin at $197 per person; $297 per couple and $397 for a family with children.

Although we book complete travel itineraries, "ala carte" services such as hotel accommodations, excursions, transfers, train tickets, and car rentals will have a nominal charge of $47 each to cover our assistance.

Airline reservations that include research, booking, ticketing, seat selection if available and monitoring of flights.

$100 for international flight arrangements per person

Cancellation fees are charged only when a trip is not canceled by the tour operator.

For groups such as affinity clubs or organizations, the planning fee will be determined by the numbers of travelers.

Emergency arrangements during the trip may occur an additional fee.
