When you retain Travel Adventures and Tours to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections.

Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and careful monitoring of your trip from start to finish.

Our Planning & Design fees

Thank you for trusting us to plan your next travel adventure! 

A well designed trip is an investment of time and research covered by our service fees

  • Our Planning Services begin at $150 person and for a family with children, an additional $50 per child.  

  • For groups such as affinity clubs or organizations, the planning fee will be determined by the numbers of travelers.

  • Ala Carte services that are not part of a complete travel itinerary such as hotel accommodations, excursions, transfers,  train tickets, and car rentals will have a nominal charge to cover our assistance.

  • Cancellation fees are charged only when a trip is not canceled by the tour operator

    • The fees range from $50 to $100 per booking.​

  • Additional fees may be required depending on the length of the trip and the complexity of design.  

  • Planning fees are invoiced prior to travel planning.
